I contacted B&W support and they directed me to unplug it, press the power button for 5 seconds, then plug it back in. I still don't have a power light. I've tried to reset it and tried a different outlet.
Bowers & Wilkins operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency and it is possible (as in my case) that you are suffering from interference from nearby wifi networks operating on the same frequency and channel.
