The Zahnriemen belt is an aftermarket one and not OE as it doeesnt have an OE part number just the aftermarket equivalent number so cheaper but will it last. The special tools needed are to lock the flywheel in place and camshaft timing pins when fitting the belt AFAIK.
The driver's side is slightly easier to get to than the passenger side.
