If you haven't done so, scroll down the mfd to phone and see if your phone is highlighted, it might need pairing again. If still a problem check the Bluetooth settings on your phone to see if its visible to other devices, if not make sure the visible to other devices is selected. Hope this helps.

Back in and switch on and no volume. Mute showing at top of screen so hit switch on steering wheel to un-mute. Use rocker control to increase volume
