zuc_china • 2 mo. ago. from what i remember in my early eu4 days, the main dlc should be: art of war, common sense, emperor, cossacks, and maybe wealth of nations (?) anyways, you can get basically all of them on humble bundle and stuff like that for around 20-30€ i think.

It's an improvement from a game design perspective, but it makes the game harder. Then again, the Estates make the game easier. For most nations the game is easier with Cossacks enabled.

Not sure how long it will last, but you can get all dlc except music and graphic packs for a 100 euros with Emperor pack, which is great value if you ask me. I played the base game without dlc for about 500 hours so it N8zen0N.
