The Santa Fe's have a very bad designed AWD system. I did 2 transfer cases due to front tyres being different size to the rear tyres. Lucky for me, the front Tyres, which were new and bigger than the rear, were fitted by the dealer where I bought the vehicle so they had to pay to fix the transfer case. W.
